The TU Delft Excellence Scholarships 2025 in the Netherlands presents free study opportunities abroad for master’s degree programs at Delft University of Technology.
TU Delft, the world’s leading university in various disciplines, offers these scholarships. The Netherlands provides cheap living and accommodation costs, a better economy, good children and medical services, and a better education than most countries.
There are also different types of funds, grants, and other financial assistance from the government to help with the student’s academic expenses.
The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarship by TU Delft is an international scholarship that is not fully funded and partially covers tuition and living expenses. The scholarship is endowed from the estate of Justus and Louise van Effen.
The program is offered in English at the Delft University of Technology and comprises almost all disciplines and fields of study. Admission to the Academic Program is open only to Persons who have earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
The course of study is the same as for the two-year master’s program, but each faculty chooses two students. These bursaries can also be applied while the master’s is still ongoing as it’s applicable to the applicants.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must show outstanding academic performance and be admitted to any 2-year TU Delft master program.
- Furthermore, they must hold a bachelor’s degree from any internationally renowned institute (not from the Netherlands).
- They must have a maximum CGPA of at least 75% of the scale  to be eligible for the Delft University of Technology scholarship.
- Non-EU/EFTA applicants shall submit their English proficiency with the application (if required).
- Applicants must submit all the documents necessary simultaneously; incomplete applications will not be considered for the TU Delft Excellence Scholarships 2025 in Holland.
- Applicants must meet all the admission requirements.
