Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship (Fully Funded)

Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships provide fully funded two-year Master’s degrees in low or middle-income Commonwealth countries, allowing students to experience new cultures, broaden horizons, and build global networks through cultural exchange and academic collaboration.

Citizens and refugees in Commonwealth Countries can apply for the second cycle.

To apply for the scholarship, applicants must have an honours degree, a 65% final year average, and submit both a university application and a scholarship application.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • An applicant from a Commonwealth country is welcome to apply.
  • Age Criteria: There is no upper age limit to be eligible for a QECS Award.
  • A minimum of 2:1 (or equivalent) at the undergraduate level is required to be eligible to apply.
  • Complete undergraduate degree. Final-year students are not eligible.
  • Availability of funds is for two years.
