Pursue a PhD scholarship in Solar Cell at Tallinn University of Technology. This is a great opportunity to study in Switzerland. Learn more about our research and funding options.
A PhD scholarship in Solar Cell is being offered at TalTech’s Laboratory for Thin Film Energy Materials. This scholarship is for four years and is mainly involved in the production of binary and ternary thin film solar cells on chalcogenide based on Sb for Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) and Indoor Photovoltaics (IPV). The project will assess how the level of silver content in the precursors affects the properties of films made from Sb2S3 as well as redox reactions in these systems with emphasis laid also on formation process of ternary AgSbS2.
