Your Responsibilities as a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor
- Handling incoming calls, emails, or live chat sessions.
- Evaluate customers’ needs and be able to work towards their satisfaction.
- Create a customer base with the help of trust-building communication.
- Deliver appropriate information, at the right time using the right tools.
- Achieve goals set for self or a customer service team, such as call-handling quotas.
- Maintained customer interaction records, handled customer accounts, and organized documents.
- Adhere to communication protocols, standards, and strategies.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing customer support or a role involving client service interaction
- Conversational German language skills
- Proficient English language skills
- Ability to anticipate and understand customers, particularly their wants and behaviors
- Excellent verbal-written communication and ability to solve challenges and pay attention to details
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work effectively in a busy and target-oriented environment
- Geared with a strong sense of responsibility for achieving your goals and the effect it has on the organization
