Your Responsibilities as a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, or live chat sessions.
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and be able to work towards their satisfaction.
  • Create a customer base with the help of trust-building communication.
  • Deliver appropriate information, at the right time using the right tools.
  • Achieve goals set for self or a customer service team, such as call-handling quotas.
  • Maintained customer interaction records, handled customer accounts, and organized documents.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, standards, and strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in providing customer support or a role involving client service interaction
  • Conversational German language skills
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customers, particularly their wants and behaviors
  • Excellent verbal-written communication and ability to solve challenges and pay attention to details
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work effectively in a busy and target-oriented environment
