Job Description

The PhD understudy will chip away at the ImmunoKeys project, which tends to the requirement for anti-infection options in creature wellbeing. This includes designing microbial cell industrial facilities to create chitooligosaccharides with ideal immunostimulating properties through a Plan Construct Test-Learn (DBTL) cycle. Tasks include:

  • Screening for novel biocatalysts.
  • Optimizing fermentation strains.
  • Engineering enzymes through rational design and directed evolution.
  • Conducting process development, up-scaling, and downstream processing.
