Requirements
- Master’s degree in Educational Science, Psychology and/or a teaching diploma
- Willingness to write a doctoral dissertation in the research area of the chair
- Excellent knowledge of empirical research methods and statistics
- Proficiency in German and English
- High motivation, flexibility, and reliability; ability to work in a team
