Job Description
This full-time PhD position spans 4 years, focusing on the biological mechanisms underlying dynamic light impacts on horticultural crops. You will conduct greenhouse and laboratory experiments, employing physiological measurements, biochemical assays, and -omics technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to a larger applied research project in collaboration with experimental research stations in Flanders.

Eligibility/Qualification
- European Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Bioscience Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- Solid interest in plant physiology and photobiology.
- Capacity to work cooperatively in an exploration group and a perception to learn new methods.
