The Erasmus Mundus meta4.0 Scholarship 2025 is now open for applications for students for a 2-year Master’s degree program in Manufacturing 4.0 by intelligent and sustainable technologies, to be delivered in English by six European universities.
This program aims to face future challenges of Manufacturing 4.0 through education in areas such as Digital Manufacturing, Clean Manufacturing, Sustainable Manufacturing, and Smart Manufacturing.
Graduates will be future experts in international manufacturing, enabled through fully funded scholarship opportunities in Europe, where they can work with leading companies in the manufacturing industry and meet gaps in the industry. The program is open to students from every part of the world.
The Erasmus Mundus meta4.0 Scholarship 2025, which is about the niche of manufacturing technologies at the graduate level in Italy, will offer 90 scholarships to international students. Both theoretical and applied courses will be featured, along with internships and laboratories implementing an interdisciplinary approach.
Graduates will be qualified to work as scientific or engineering personnel in the public and private sectors. This program provides access to the world network and a learning environment in Europe.
The students can choose between four specializations offered through four universities in Norway, France, Slovenia, or Germany. The scholarship will be fully funded- waivers on tuition fees and monthly allowances.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanics, or potentially Mechatronics.
- Students in the final year of the bachelor’s program are also eligible to apply, but they must graduate before 31st July 2025.
- Applicants should fulfill the English language requirements of the degree program.
- They must have an excellent academic record.
- Applicants should be motivated, and their interests align with the program’s objectives.
Benefits

- The meta4.0 – Erasmus Mundus 2025 scholarship will include the cost of enrolment and registration at partner universities.
- The Erasmus Mundus scholarship provides an allowance of 1.400€ per month for 24 months for travel, subsistence, and accommodation costs for the entire duration of the program.
- The scholarship will provide full coverage of all participation costs for the 4 semesters including laboratory and library costs, and any other important costs related to the program.
