What is it?
This program matches doctoral students (mentees) with experienced postdocs (mentors) for a six-month mentorship journey.

Who can apply?
Mentors: Postdoctoral researchers with at least 2 years of experience (in academia, industry, or any relevant post-PhD role).
Mentees: PhD students who are at least in their second year of studies.
