Your Responsibilities
As an Inbound Sales Representative on our team, you will:
- Handle only qualified incoming calls about Commercial Business Development and other customers who are listed or profiled online as well as account management for depleted customers and partners
- Carry out Outbound calls to customers to grow and acquire more business (in addition to making a call back for support activities)
- Record all customer interactions in the scripting and service delivery CRM at that time
- Report on performance of sales activities Competence Required for the Specialist
- Locate appropriate people within businesses
- Supervise, control, and give status updates on business activity specifically sales pipeline activities

- Hold Proficient or Bilingual English With Advanced Spanish
- Have a Minimum of One Year of Related Experience
- Have exemplary management of negotiations and strong communication skills (verbal & written) complete with effective telephone and presentation skills.
- Focus on targets and aspirations through negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work management toward prioritization
- When faced with decisions, can provide evidence of creativity and sound judgment/problem-solving abilities
- Contain the ability to create and implement a structured action plan to attain goals with the use of relevant
