Scholarship Funding amount: Fees and stipend costs for scholars for up to 4 years paid at UKRI’s standard domestic rate, with an additional grant of £10,000 to each student for research expenses

Funding and Scholarships:
- Up to 18 full-time PhD scholarships are available over three years.
- This includes scholarships for international applicants and underrepresented backgrounds.
- Each scholarship covers fees, a stipend, and a £10,000 research grant.

Roehampton University Projects:
- River Rights and Representation: Explore the potential of “Rights of Nature” as a new approach to river governance. (Supervisor: Jérémie Gilbert)
- Recreational Fishing: Understand the motivations and environmental views of recreational anglers. (Supervisor: Garry Marvin)
- Monitoring River Health:Â Develop citizen science methods to track river restoration success. (Supervisor: Daniel Perkins)
